**Dr. Shruti Agrawal** is an Assistant Professor of Economics at GLA University, Mathura. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MNIT Jaipur and has interdisciplinary research experience in Happiness Economics, Well-Being Economies, Beyond GDP, Sustainable Development, Environmental Economics, Green Finance, and Public Policy. She has previously worked with the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and the Erasmus Happiness Economics Research Organisation (EHERO), Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she contributed to the World Database of Happiness. Her research employs quantitative and interdisciplinary methodologies, including PLS-SEM, DEMATEL, ARDL, IPAT, bibliometric analysis, and systematic literature review. She has published in international journals and contributed to academic knowledge through research, teaching, editorial, and professional service. She also serves as an Associate Editor for the Sustainable Organizations section of *Frontiers in Sustainability*.
