Dr. Shruti Agrawal
I am an Economist, Researcher, and Assistant Professor passionate about advancing research and education in the fields of Well-being Economics, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, and Development Economics. My academic journey spans research, policy, and higher education. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor of Economics at GLA University, where I teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Economics and mentor future business leaders. Previously, I worked as a Senior Research Associate at the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), contributing to policy research for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), including the Urban Memorandum for India's 16th Finance Commission. I was also associated with Erasmus Happiness Economics Research Organisation (EHERO), Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I worked on the World Database of Happiness under the guidance of Prof. Ruut Veenhoven. My research focuses on Happiness Economics, Well-being Economies, Sustainable Development, Green Finance, Environmental Economics, Governance, and Industry 5.0. I enjoy combining rigorous quantitative methods with interdisciplinary perspectives to generate research that informs both academia and public policy. Over the years, I have published in internationally recognized journals, contributed to policy reports and book chapters, presented my work at conferences, and collaborated with researchers from diverse disciplines. Beyond research, I am passionate about teaching, mentoring students, designing innovative curricula, and simplifying complex economic concepts through real-world applications. I am always open to meaningful collaborations in research, academic partnerships, policy initiatives, guest lectures, and interdisciplinary projects that contribute to sustainable and inclusive development.
Ilias Kapareliotis
Dr. Ilias Kapreliotis is Associate Professor of Marketing at Deree-The American College of Greece. He has served in various universities both in Greece and abroad. Before joining Deree, he served as Program leader for the Business and Marketing undergraduate program at Abertay University in Scotland. He has published in numerous journals and presented his work at global conferences. His research interests revolve around branding with a focus on luxury branding, university branding, and branding presence in social media. He serves as an external examiner in various British universities and as an EU expert for REA (EU).
Margarita Kefalaki
Dr. Margarita Kefalaki is an accomplished academic and communication expert with a distinguished career in international education, cultural communication, and management. She is the Founder and President of the Communication Institute of Greece (COMinG)—a dynamic international academic association fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across education, communication, and management fields. With over two decades of professional and academic experience in France, Greece, and internationally, Dr. Kefalaki has contributed extensively to the advancement of communication theory and leadership studies. She holds a PhD in Communication and has served as a lecturer, researcher, and academic coordinator in various universities and institutions across Europe.
Mirjana Radović-Marković
Prof. Dr. Mirjana Radović-Marković She was a member of the highest bodies of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia (member of the Main Board for Social Sciences from 2010-2016, member of the National Council for Science from 2016-2021, and member of the National Council for Higher Education from 2022-present ). In addition, she also serves as a member of the Senate of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad.
Dr. Rabia Najaf

Dr. Mohsen Brahmi
Brahmi Mohsen, [ Email : brahmi.mohsen@gmail.com ] PhD Dissertation in Economics ICT Management is senior assistant researcher at IAE G. Business institute Lecturer – and has supervised research in the Science of Management (Licenses L1 to L3). He set up and leads the Executive MBA in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility and the Licenses Pro degree in Human Resource Management and Finance SME. His fields of research and publications are Economics Strategies and management in sustainable development, Firm Corporate Social Responsibility, Policy and management of human resources, social and organizational audit, and assessment of global performance.
Silvana Mariel Muñoz
Silvana is a multicultural trainer and mentor for family businesses. International online speaker, coordinator, certified coach and project thinking consultant. Silvana is also a member of the family business - the farm. She has worked for small, medium and even the wealthiest family businesses in Argentina, hand in hand with their CEOs, understanding the needs of the entire system of family businesses. She travels a lot, has experience from Latin America, Europe, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, India, New Zealand and Australia. After graduating in agricultural engineering and later in management, she worked for more than 20 years in the Argentinian association AgriBusiness & Farmers, 2 years as the first regional coordinator - head of family businesses.
